This website is operated by GearConfig. By using the site, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this page. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided on this web site and can be changed without notice at any time.

Prices

The prices on this web site are listed without VAT. Customers in Denmark will be charged applicable Danish VAT (25%). Commercial customers in the EU with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT, subject to verification of the VAT number. Deliveries to customers outside EU will not be charged VAT. Payment of any taxes or duties is the sole responsibility of the user.

Payment

All payments are collected in Euro (€) by VISA, Mastercard, or Paypal.

Credit card payments are processed through our partner Stripe's secure payment gateway and charged at the time the payment is made.

Cancellation

GearConfig offers access to some features through subscriptions. A subscription will automatically renew when the given subscription period ends, but can be cancelled at any time before that. When a subscription is cancelled, the features paid for will continue to be available until the end of the subscription period. Refunds are not given, and it is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to cancel in due time.

Cancellation by GearConfig

GearConfig reserves the right to cancel any subscription any account if deliberate misuse is suspected, and also deny renewal of that account and for the person(s) behind the account. Under such circumstances a refund for the remaining days in the subscription period will be given.

If the subscription is cancelled by GearConfig, GearConfig will notify you by e-mail.

Suspension and Termination

GearConfig may in our sole discretion suspend and/or terminate your use of our website or our services at any time and GearConfig shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damages suffered on account of such suspension and or termination.

Deliberate misuse

Deliberate misuse is seen as the violation or attempt of violation of the terms and described herein.

Unless otherwise agreed beforehand with GearConfig, an account may only be associated with either (a) one person, or (b) one computer/device. It also only to be used by humans, and not through any automated software or mechanism.

The user may not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the limitations of use that are in effect. This includes manipulating with requests, data, accounts, and your IP address.

Registration

When registering on our website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself where required, and to ensure that this information is kept accurate, complete and up to date. All password details are strictly confidential and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion.

Applicable law

The validity, performance and construction of the contract between GearConfig and the user shall be governed by the laws of Denmark
